CONTACT TOOLSZZZ
Questions, bug reports and tool suggestions.
If a tool behaves unexpectedly, a formula looks wrong, or you have a useful tool idea, send enough detail for us to understand the task and reproduce the issue.
Send us a message
For a broken tool or unexpected result, including the exact page URL is the fastest way to identify the right code or content.
REPORT A PROBLEM
Include these details when possible
Page URL
Copy the exact URL of the tool or page where the problem happened.
Expected vs. actual
Explain what you expected and what happened instead, including any visible error message.
Useful context
Include the input type, browser or device when relevant, without sharing private or secret information.
SUGGEST A TOOL
Describe the task, not just a feature name
Tell us what you are trying to accomplish, what inputs you would have, and what output would make the tool useful. That is more helpful than a long feature list.
BEFORE YOU EMAIL
The answer may already be in the library.
Browse the full directory or category hubs to see whether an existing tool already covers the task.
