Formulas
A% of B = (A ÷ 100) × B. A as a percent of B = A ÷ B × 100. Percentage change = (new − old) ÷ |old| × 100.
Example: 15% of 200 is 30.
Important limitation
Percentage change is undefined when the starting value is zero, so that mode requires Value A to be non-zero.
