Generate cryptographically random bytes as hexadecimal or Base64URL text.
Randomness method
The browser supplies random bytes through crypto.getRandomValues(). Hex uses two characters per byte; Base64URL uses URL-safe Base64 characters without padding.
Scope
This tool generates random token material; it does not create signed JWTs, API credentials tied to a service or encryption keys with service-specific metadata.
